I must have tried about a dozen different brands of craft paper before discovering one that seemed comparable. Ruspepa’s paper rolls have a similar thickness and texture to high-quality photography paper. However, the only drawback is it can be susceptible to wrinkling, so I would primarily recommend this paper for flat lay images and smaller projects.
This brand was one of the first professional seamless paper rolls that I purchased. Its thickness and texture offer a noticeable improvement over Ruspepa’s product, making it suitable for large-scale photoshoots. I've personally used this paper for multi-product group shots and full body fashion shoots, experiencing only minor wrinkling or dimpling. Overall, Kate seamless paper rolls are an excellent addition to any beginner’s photography kit.

Huamei’s paper rolls are quite comparable to those from Kate’s brand, as they have practically the same thickness and texture. What sets them apart for me is their extensive range of colors to choose from; I genuinely wish I could afford to buy every single one!
Savage is one of the most well-known brands in the world of seamless paper backdrops. Their products are favored for their high quality and extensive color selection. Savage offers various sizes, from smaller rolls for tabletop photography to larger ones for bigger setups. I Personally own several of these rolls, and I can confidently say they are the highest quality paper I've ever used which I believe fully justifies the investment.

Tips for Preserving and Storing Seamless Paper Backdrops
Store Vertically:
To prevent creases in seamless paper backdrops, store them vertically using sturdy clamps or a wall-mounted rack. This method saves space and keeps the rolls in pristine condition.
Use Protective Sleeves:
To protect your backdrops from dust, moisture, and damage, use protective sleeves or covers made of plastic or fabric. These will keep the paper clean and dry. If your paper came in a plastic sleeve or box, consider reusing these for storage. This is the method that I personally use.
